We currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Part Time Freight Sales Co-ordinator (24 hours for a fixed term until the end of September 2025 ) to join our busy Freight team.

Everything we do revolves around customer service. 

The Freight Sales Co-ordinator role requires someone who is highly effective and adaptable, as you’ll be dealing with a range of new and existing business coming in.

You’re going to face different situations every day, which means you’ll never get bored and we’re definitely going to put your fantastic communication skills to good use! 

Particular focus will be placed on being pro-active in increasing sales, and using your great persuasive skills. If you have had the opportunity to use online reservation and booking systems, then this will be a great advantage too. 

Other handy skills you are going to have under your belt: 

• Flexibility to deal with a range of different people and scenarios, all whilst thinking on your feet. 

• Planning and organisational skills, balanced with commercial acumen to help you juggle the varied tasks coming your way. 

• Confidence in answering enquiries of any nature, via email, letter and telephone. As well as the tenacity to go find those answers, big and small! 

• Innovative problem solving skills, to help maintain and grow the business. 

• Savvy computer skills, especially to help book, maintain and amend bookings

 * Willingness to get involved in ad-hoc tasks and busy events in order to promote our brand and really put you customer service skills to use.
