We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Passenger Operations team in the role of Services Assistant within our Terminals. This is a new and exiting opportunity for you to work alongside our fantastic team. You'll be working in a unique and busy environment, attending to the needs of our passengers and primarily taking care of their customer service needs.

Working Conditions:

 

- This is a fixed term contact until the end of September with various patterns and hours available

 

- Based within our Southampton departure terminals for the company's car ferry and high speed services

 

-  Length of shifts with range from 9 hours to 12 hours  - Hours will vary from early and late shifts

 

- A flexible approach to work and shifts patterns is required

- Applicants must be aged 18 or over

 

- Applicants must be able to get to and from work for early starts and late finishes

 

- Applicants will preferably have a good standard of education as the role will involve cash handling

 

- Applicants should have a good level of experience working in a customer service and fast-paced catering environment

 

- Applicants should be able to work well under pressure and intuitively
